Your previous install was from a Site License from Drexel University so in order to reinstall this license you would need to get the installer directly from Drexel University.

Hello, I have a similar situation. Got an Endnote X8 Multiplataform in November. My computer just repaired itself, and reinstalled all programs. Endnote was deleted. Downloaded it again, but I do not have the product key. Can you e-mail it to me? Thanks.

We want to change the harddrive in a Macbook. The Macbook with EndNote6 was a gift from the University some years ago, so we don`t have the product key. Only the number that is shown when I go to „about“ and the name of the University. Is there a chance to get the endnote running again after install it new? Is it a option to use migration and there is no key needed?
