I am having issues with the installation of endnote onto my PC. I cant import any references or anything at all. It is just a blank grey screen. Endnote is provided via my university, and when I had it downloaded to my mac it included an entire sample library. Is anyone able to help me with the set up/point out where I have gone wrong

You wil need to either go to File then New Library then give it a unique name then click Save to create a library to practice with.
You can also go to File then Open Library and locate the Sample library in C:\Program Files(X86)\EndNote X#\Examples.
I have also attached a copy of the sample library to this forum post just in case you have trouble finding the library in the above location on your machine.
