Hi Endnote community,
having issues with one user in a multi-shared library. I can access the source library both on my desktop and online (I'm the share-er of the libary).
However their is one user who when they click on the shared library on their desktop (Open Shared Library -> Select a Shared Library) after they've clicked it, nothing happens. They could previously access it and have added references and attachments into it.
The user has access to other shared libraries, and can access those - just not one from me. The inaccessible library does have a substantial amount of references and attachments in it. No software updates or other system changes have occurred, that we know of.
They tried uninstalling and reinstalling Endnote, but that hasn't regained access.
Any suggestions on what to try next to resolve this?
