Endnote iPad not synching to Endnote Online

Hi,

I just installed Endnote on my iPad. I have an online account and see all my references with attachements there. I can synch my library to my iPad but cannot download the attachements. The app shows an error message “This library is not synching properly. Contact support… […]”. I read an article about absolute or relative links and do not have this issue. All seems fine exept on the iPad. Does anyone have the same problem? Any suggestions?

I’m running on iOS 12.4, Endnote for iPad 3.0.1 (301002).

We were experiencing an issue with the sync from EndNote iPad to EndNote online and we apologize for the inconvenience. All issues have been resolved and you should be able to sync from EndNote iPad to EndNote online at this time.
