Endnote not syncing

Hello.

 

I'll have another go at this - the forum swallowed it last time.

 

I use Endnote in three ways. 1) The downloaded version on my iMac at home; 2) the online version on my PC here at the university; 3) the downloaded version on my MacBook Pro, which I use anywhere.

 

All three, as far as I can tell, are properly set for syncing. The Mac ones certainly remind me to sync before I shut down.

 

However, I now find that the references held on each one are slightly different, some being missing (particularly from the MacBook), and this doesn't change no matter how hard I press the button to sync.

 

Any suggestions what I'm not seeing/doing?
