I wonder whether you could please help. I’m using End Note Web from my home PC in the UK and trying to transfer references into ‘myendnoteweb’ from Pub Med, which I have done successfully before. However, since yesterday (with End Note web open in another tab already, but also trying without having it also open at the same time) I’ve been getting an error message saying ‘SOAPerror has occurred in attemptUpload29’. It then prompts me to enter my log-in details for End Note Web which I do, and then get the message: ‘A SOAPerror has occurred attempting to log in 6’. I can’t see any mention of these error messages in the help files in ENW, nor when trying to Google them. Hope somebody is able to help! Many thanks in advance.
