Hi,
Today, when trying to save a file, I got the following error: 'An error occurred while trying to save the file. The file might be locked, corrupt, or unavailable. Detailed error: Unable to open the file.'
Did anyone already encountered this error and know how to fix it?
I am using Endnote X9.3.3 on a Windows 10 laptop.
