Format of Citations

Dear Community

I’ve a problem with the format of my citations and would be very thankful if you could help.

First everything worked fine. There’s a document with 30 citations in a proper list. But now the new citations appears as a text behind the word instead of a bracket with a number and the citation in the list below.

Correct:

Word [1]

  1. Shealy, D.J., et al., Characterization of golimumab, a human monoclonal antibody specific for human tumor necrosis factor α. MAbs, 2010. 2(4): p. 428-39.

Since a few days:

Word(Shealy, 2010, Characterization of golimumab`, a human monoclonal antibody specific for human tumor necrosis factor α)

If I create a new file it works fine in the beginning, but after a few sentences same problem as mentioned above - also same issue if I use another computer. I have an Endnote Basic Account and use Endnote Word “App”: 17.2.0.8156

Many thanks in advance. Regards,

Linda

Please do not double post to multiple endnote subforums.  http://community.thomsonreuters.com/t5/EndNote-How-To/Format-of-Citations/m-p/132335#M24242
