I used to use HubMed.org for importing medical references from a bibliography into EndNote. You would paste free text, say, from a pdf file, and HubMed would sort and search PubMed to generate and export the references in RIS or other EndNote compatible format to EndNote, thereby avoiding having to add in each reference separately.
I can log in to HubMed, and it has a search field, but no longer seems to do anything with a reference list, or even with just one test reference.
Also, the batch file method on PubMed itself doesn't seem to work, or at least is too cumbersome.
