I’m using Word 2010 32 bit which I understand is not compatible with Endnote X3 so I’m trying to export into Endnote Web - for some reason the sync option won’t work so I exported as RIS (there are 9000 references so I split into 10 files). I’ve managed to import a couple but then it starts telling me that it can’t import because I will exceed the 10000 reference limit though at this point I haven’t got anywhere near this. This is also what the error message is saying when I try to sync in the programme itself.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
