Importing pdt or pdx Procite files into EndNote

I have inherited lots of search results in Procite .pdt and .pdx file formats. I do not have access to Procite software - is there a way I can convert these files into another file type to import into EndNote?

Have you looked at this KB article?   http://endnote.com/kb/82742 – I haven’t ever tried it.  If it doesn’t work, I would call tech support, who may have additional tools.
