Intext citations in Word 2010 using EndNote X7

In MLA 8, are intext citations not required to include dates?  I imported all my Word 2010 references, and in APA 6, as an example, for the following reference

OpenJurist.org. (2011). 561 F. 2d 983 - Barnes v. M Costle . Retrieved July 3, 2011, from OpenJurist.org: http://openjurist.org/561/f2d/983/barnes-v-m-costle

APA Sixth shows (OpenJurist.org, 2011) as the Intext reference, where MLA 8 is showing

(OpenJurist.org).

Is this correct?

What you’re seeing is the correct output output. MLA in-text citations use an author and cited pages format which omits using the year or date. On the other hand, APA 6th in-text citations uses an author and year format…

Thanks CG.
