Lost Product Key

Dear Endnote,

I have just bought a new laptop and even though I still have the Endnote CD I purchased, I can’t find my product key and my new laptop doesn’t have a CD drive. Would it be possible for you to help me retrieve my product key?

Please help and treat as urgent as I really need to get going on my new computer ASAP .

Hi Endnote,

I found the product key on the inside of my CD case. However, the installation seems stuck. Would the windows installer for Endnote X7 (I’m seeing something like 32 bit) install on my 64 bit windows 10 computer?

PS: My Endnote X7 product key didn’t work for Endnote X8 installer.

My laptop crashed and I had to reset it. However, I cannot find my product key. I have an EndNote web account. Can you please help me retrieve my product key?
