Hello all,
Today I upgraded from X7 to X8 for Mac. Now, both the .enl and .data library files are missing. It seems they have been removed along with the previous version during the update?
I have also discovered a problem with my backup system, and the most recent backup of these files I have is from Sept 2017. I have installed Disk Drill to find deleted files, and still nothing that looks remotely like my library files.
Technical Support is yet to get back to me.
Does anyone have any advice?
