From endnote x5, there is an embed pdf viewer. But in x5, we can disable the embed pdf viewer. But I don’t know how you guys thought, you removed this option in both x6 and x6.0.1. So cause the embed pdf viewer to open the related pdf files all the time. So we can not do file renames or folder renames. Or even pdf annotation in x6, but x6.0.1 this was improved.
Because of this embed pdf viewer, we can not use plugins like endnoterenamer to rename the files and also folders.
Please give a option to complete disable the embed pdf viewer. Disable this also will decrease the memory usage.
