Hello, we are runnig endnote X5.01, I am seeing a problem on our 64 bit windows 7 clients.
Without doing any work in endnote, when you try and print from word, endnote can throw up an unknwon error. 10 messages are loaded up across the screen.
I thing the problem is created because our print servers are slow to respond but what I don’t know is why Endnote is erroring in this way. Like I say, we are not actually using endnote when this happens, it is just installed and available on the pc as an add in.
