Not necessarily. I haven’t come across any product information that specifically limits the “original owner of the library” to work from one computer location. Moreover, since the original owner can sync the library from an office computer and to other computers (e.g., home) this seems to confirm being able to work from multiple locations. If other users on the network wanted to use the same library concurrently, the “owner” of the library would have to sync and share it, and those people the library are being shared with would need to log into their online Endnote account to access the library.
When the “original owner of the library” syncs that library to his/her Endnote online account, he/she can: 1) configure the level of access/permission for other users, and) create a list of users’ email addresses who are notified that the original owner of the library has made a library available for sharing via their Endnote online account.
