Registration Problem

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

A few weeks ago I had to change the hard drive of my home iMac and because of that was installed the macOS Sierra 10.12.6.

 

But I have not been able to install the EndNote x7.8, because it does not recognize the key number of the product that I have been using since the university where I am working bought the license.

 

I wonder if anyone could tell me how to recover my EndNote program for this computer? I thank you in advance for your attention and the help you can give me.

The number you are entering is your serial number not the Product Key.

Hi Tom, I have received the email that you sent me to my email address. Unfortunately, there are no ProductKey and no instructions to activate my EndNote.
