Just upgraded from Endnote 7.2 to 8.2 on an institutional license. I have encountered on a popup on initial start up of the program getting a Script Error. This is part of the sync that worked on 7.2. I believe the password during the upgrade has become corrupted. Deleting the account information and re-enabling the sync did not fix it. I stopped the script and was able to log in to the the preexisting account and it works again. I also thought it might relate to the default browser in windows 10. However Chrome, IE explorer and MS Edge all had the same script error. I now believe the programmers have stuffed up and the script is a left over from an older outdated entry point to registration.
