Sending EndNote library from X9.3.1 to user with older EN version

Hi!

I would like to send (not share with online services) a library I made with X9.3.1. The person I want to send it to uses an older version (pre X9.3) and has no way of updating.

Apart from converting my library to an RIS file (and thus losing some information, ratings and groupings), is there another way to send it so they can open it?

Please contact Technical Support directly so they can explain the different options besides exporting that might be available to you in order to share the library with a user who does not have EndNote X9.3.1.
