Sync Error

I bought one package of Endnote X8

Previously, I have used the email addresss: leetaey@snu.ac.kr

But, now I change my emal address: leetaey@gmail.com after retiring the university (snu.ac.kr)

I registered my new email address after the installation the endnote x8 package on my computer with new email. 

However, when use ‘enable sync’ button on preference panel, endnote registration showed the message ’  EndNote registration could not be completed at this time. Please contact technical support.’ repeadtedly.

I can’t the sync function now.

How can I resolve the problem? 

ps. my serial number is 3061821404 

Based the gmail account the registration did go through so you should be able to sync.

If you are getting an error you may need to re-enter your password or maybe reset the password.
