Sync not woking / Error Message: None

Dear community

 

I have not been using Endnote for a while. Now, being back, I fail to sync my libary.

 

Changing my password serveral time, opening and closing the application and the webspace does not help and unfortunately the Error Message is "None".

 

Any ideas what to do next?
