I am unable to login to Cite While You Write plugin on MS Word 16.18 on Macbook Pro 13. It tries to authorize my credentials but fails and is stuck at the login dialog box (see attached). I cannot figure out the root cause of this problem because I am able to login on my desktops - Macbook Mini and iMac 27 - but not on the laptop with identical settings.
You would first want to check Preferences > Application tab on the EndNote tab for the URL typed in.
If it is not
http://www.myendnoteweb.com:80/
You would want to change it to the above.
