That did not help, I am afraid.

I went over to an alternative account.
Word and Endnote worked just fine … weird. Word had the Word 2011 bundle and the Endnote CWYW commands under Templates and Add-ins, all set up and ready. I don’t think I had to customise to get there - it was like that when I got there!
So how can I get them to do that with my normal identity? Which is of course the one I need to work under!
