thanks for your suggestion, indeed Apple’s policy doen’t make much sense to me.
As to the price issue, I bought an old version of Endnote for Windows (you should be able to check this on your logs): do I qualify for Endnote X2 for Mac as an update? Or should I purchase it all over again? And in that case, what would the price be?
