I am using the X8.2 provided by my university. I set it up for searching full text already. But when I need to deal with the pop up window asking me to input my library ID and password, an error message shows up, saying sever busy and this action can’t completed because the other program is busy. "switch to " the busy program and fix the problem.
When I click the “switch to”, nothing happens. I am using Windows 10 OS.
Please help. It is very annoying.
