library damaged and ref.MYD , refs_ext.MYD files not available

Hi, I am using Endnote X8.
Suddenly, Endnote gives an error message about “damaged library” after I import a reference from a journal.
I followed normal recovery skim on the manual and tried to copy data files and upload library, but everything has failed.
But I found that when I copied .data folder, ref.MYD and refs_ext.MYD could not be copied and it said they were not available on my computer. I think this is the main problem in my case.
How can I solve this problem?
