I bought a new macbook and downloaded all the new version of the programs. I now do have endnote X9 version and word 16.45. There is always the message “Your add-in isn’t compatible with this version of Word. Please contact the add-in provider for an update.(EndNote CWYW Word 2016.bundle)” appearing when I want to start word. Unfortunately I am kind a stressed out because of my thesis and this kind a problems really do stress me out. Is there any solution?
Some customers with M1 machines have reported an error message stating that Word can’t load an add-in. The workaround for this is to set Word to open with Rosetta.
