Yes, – I think that this should be raised in the suggestions forum so developers see it. It should be added as an option in the Citation settings for “subsequent citations” perhaps in Author listing section?
The Author (Year) omit (Year) option should be fixed so it doesn’t revert to the (Author, no year) format in anycase.
