Cannot open shared library

Hello,

I have used a shared library, and all of a sudden, cannot open the shared library.  When I click on "Open Shared Library, I can still see the owner’s email account and select.  But, when I select the owner’s email account, the library is not opened anymore.  Any suggestions?
