I'm using EndNote Web to manage references, and the Cite While You Write plugin for windows.
Is it possible to change citation style that I add from EndNote Web, for example remove brackets so that the citation will look like Wicker et al. 2007 and not (Wicker et al. 2007)?
Thank you in advance!

I don't believe so, unless you have a site administrator who can manage styles (and I don't know how you even get one of those?). The web version just doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the desktop version.
