I know there is the Sharing Groups feature, but a team I am working with wants to create 1 account with a shared email address and password to allow everyone to go in and make changes/edits to references as necessary.
1. Is there a limit to the number of people that can be logged into the same account at the same time?
2. Is there a better way for a group of people to use/access a ENW account, for which everyone can make edits?
If someone can share their experiences of what works, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks very much.

EndNote Web is adding the ability to set Read/Write sharing access per folder. This should be availble with the next version of EndNote Web - scheduled for release in the next week or so. This might solve the challenge your workgroup is facing without having to share a single log-in.

That could solve it. Thanks for the response, I will check out that feature when it's available and see if that will work for them. It sounds like it will.
Thank you!
