there are two places to adjust to a hanging indent and sometimes one over rides the other, so you should check both.
One is in the output style in the endnote program as in the capture image attached, Bibliography layout settings.
The second is in the Word Endnote ribbon, bibliography layout setting as in the capture2 image attached.
