I just installed EndNote 20.0.1 and I have also have installed Office 365. when I open EndNote I can’t click on the Cite While You Write buttons. In the Word options > adds-in the CWYW.dll is active but the *.dotm are disabled everytime I close and reopen word. I tried to run as administrator winword and discard and re install the *.dll and I also tried to remove and reinstall the *.dotm files.
How can I fix the problem?
