EndNote Services on macOS Sierra - Still supported?

EndNote services (via ~Library/Services/ENService.app (17.4.0 build 10646)) do not appear to work with EndNote X7.7.1 (build 11961).

Is this (http://endnote.com/kb/107455) feature still supported?
