I wanted to sync the endnote on my pc.
I have totally 1149 references.
I think original my pc has 1088.
Because it does not sync. So I delete the Endnote X9 and reinstall it.
Right now an error occurs every time it syncs to 1088.
"an error occurred while trying to download the attachment. Please try again later."
I have tried to clear preference, uninstall and reinstall, restart, but it never works.
