Hello - everytime I open word it comes up with an error message saying unable to load add in Endnote CWYW Word 2011.bundle.
I’ve updated word and endnote, gone into customize endnote and followed wizard through but it still keeps crashing - please can you help?
You have a previous version of the CWYW file loading for the older version of Word 2011 try to load in Word 2016 which is causing the error.
You could try doing a search for the Endnote CWYW Word 2011.bundle and delete it.
You would do this with Word closed.
