I have aword that contain my citations when trying to add new one it appeare like that (Wikipedia, 2019 #123) how can i solve this problem on windows 10 and word 2019, my end note version is Endnote X7.
I expect it is curly brackets not regular parentheses?
If you have a current output style selected, you need to turn on auto formating and/or manually “update citations and bibliography”. I don’t really remember the appearance or wording of these options from Endnote X7 though!
