I’d like to have the preview of the bibliographic entry the same font as the other fields: Palatino. I’ve gone to Preferences>Display Fonts and changed the fonts to Palatino. All fields have changed except the preview pane which is still Helvetica. (The labels remain Helvetica bold, because I want them Helvetica bold.)

The font in the view is whatever Endnote thinks is “plain text” as defined in the output style template. If you define the bibliography templates with a specific font rather than “plain font” - that is what will appear in the preview window. I am not sure why you can’t define the font in program, but you can “override” it.
