How to delete unwanted period after question mark in article title?

I need to delete an unwanted period after the question mark in my article citation (I’m usin APA) and don’t know how to do that since the periods are automatically formatted into the reference. Does anyone know how to do this?

Any information is greatly appreciated!

Endnote automatically removes any double punctuation?  At least my APA does when the title ends in a question mark? (tested with journal article and book section)
