you would enter it under Webpage ref type. While you can capture it directly, I find it best to fill in the pieces. The article is authored by Ibrahim Syed, not the organization. If you want that piece in the output, I am not sure where it would fit, but if in an author like field, you would put a double comma where there is a comma and trail the whole thing with another comma.
