Ibid. in Turabian (Chicago) style in X5

I have a citation in footnotes that is repeated on the following page three more times. In Turabian guidelines, Ibid. should not be the first footnote. How can I get Endnote to do that? Is it possible, or will I just need to enter that manually?

NOT WHAT I WANT:

Citation X

Ibid.

[next pg]

Ibid.

I am not aware of any software that will do what you say you want.  I don’t think footnotes going from one page to the other have to repeat the longer versions.

Yes, in Chicago style you are to avoid using “Ibid.” as the first footnote on a page. But thank you for your answer, this tells me it is not possible in EndNote and I will just have to deal with these manually.
