Inserting in text citations as (Author et al. Year) using the Harvard referencing system, in Word 2013 and using Endnote Web.

I have to cite references in the Harvard format, but Endnote web is not inserting et al into in text citations, most of the time, it appears as (Author initials, year). I cannot find how to edit the citation formating.
