Journal name attaches to last authors name when importing

Yesterday I upgraded to EN9 (I’m a Windows 10/Chrome browser user).  When I import a reference from Google Scholar, the journal name is attached to the final author’s name (preceded by %J) and the field “Journal” is empty.  For example:  Archer, DC %J Equine veterinary journal.  This did not happen with EN8.  It looks like something has changed with the import filter?

Any suggestions?

Dan

You can replace the current EndNote Import filter with the one from our website.

https://endnote.com/wp-content/uploads/plugins/filters/EndNote%20Import.enf

Double-click on the downloaded file to open it.

Click the File menu in EndNote and select Save As.

Be sure to save it with same name then Click Save then Close the window.

You can now delete the file that was downloaded a copy has been added to EndNote.

You can now try to import references into the library again.

Thank you.  That did it.

Apparently this is a known bug in EN9 and has been reported.  Easy fix, though.
