New computer, now library not the same as online

About a month ago IT set up a new computer for me. I am the manager of the Endnote X9 library on the computer and the users that share it.


Because of other priorities over the month, I did not see until today that I have not been logged into Endnote and the desktop main library has not been syncing.


But the other users have been busy over this month and now there are 25 more references and other edits in the online library that are not reflected in the main desktop library. If I log in  and sync, then all the work done this month will be lost as the online library will revert to the desktop information from a month ago.


Is there some way to update the main desktop library with the online library?
