I would like to cite a government report that does not have an author. It is just published by a government ministry. I am not sure how to input into Endnot.

You might check your discipline’s style manual but you could:

1.List the government ministry’s name in the EndNote Author field; and

2.In the EndNote Publisher field enter the word: Author

Then depending upon your output style the intext citation will include an author (government ministry’s name) and year.

Remember to add a comma after the ministry’s name so that Endnote formats it correctly - eg

Ministry of Health,
