No bibliography created in Word (office 365) on Win10 from X9

Hi,

I installed X9 version 2 months ago. Now, I face the problem how to create bibliography in Word (Office 365) document. When inserting reference from X9 to the document, I want it is numbered but it apears in form, e.g., {Finn, 2012 #384} and no bibliography is generated at the end of document.

Also, the window (see below) appears

Unable to adjust range (my translation from the check language - Nelze upravit rozsah).

It is really frustrating for me. I’ve been using Endnote for years, but I am not “skilled” Endnote user, only “user”. No problems like this appeared before when installing new versions. I’ve spent couple of hours on internet to find a solution, but nothing helps. Can you suggest how to fix it?
