Pliny The Elder

Hi everyone, my question is this: How do I write Pliny The Elder in my footnotes, without it being reduced to ‘The Elder’ in its shortened form?  

In my Author field, I currently have ‘The Elder, Pliny’ set up. 

I am using Chicago 17 Notes Bibliography // Endnote x9.

Pliny The Elder, (NOTE the trailing comma)
