author, year style is almost there for you. – you just need to edit it and save as to a new style, The Bibliography sort order option to First Author +Year +Other Authors (As shown in the attached image), then the citations sort to be same as bibliography.
Since I did it to pull the screen shot, I also attach it the edited output style.
