Hi EndNote users. My EndNote is becoming tricky.

How do I stop Endnote from automatically converting to plain text when I close MS Word?

Hi, thanks for the link and response.

I store in MS word format (.docx) on my computer drive. When I open a document with EndNote refs from a different user, it does not convert to plain text.

Hi, it all worked now. Was saving in a wrong format, once changed to word, it worked.
